Mommy!” Oliver begs.

"What Oliver?" she asks.

"I can't sleep." says Oliver.

Mommy asks, "Why not?"
"Because." Oliver knows Mommy wants him to get to sleep early because they are going to the beach tomorrow.
"Because why?" Mommy sees it's getting late. She wants Oliver to get a good night's rest.
"I don't know." Oliver has an idea: "Can you sing to me, Mommy?" he asks.
"I'll sing you a lullaby..." Mommy agrees.
Oliver thinks of his favorite, "The Mommy Loves You Song!" he tells her.

"Y
our Mommy loves you, ba do ba do da do! Do do do ba do ba do da do! Your Mommy loves you ba do ba do da do! Sweet dreams, I really loooooove you--” Mommy sings softly to Oliver.
"--Still awake, Mommy!" Oliver stops her.
"Okay, close your eyes and let's count sheep. One...two..." Mommy starts and Oliver joins in.
"Three, four, five, six--Mommy!" Oliver stops her.
